Only an adult can apply for citizenship from the moment they reach the age of 18. For persons under the age of 18, an application is made by a parent or responsible legal representative. For the processing of their personal data, this Policy applies in the same way as for adults.

Special Terms of Use for Forum Registration in the
„Europe-state.eu“ – Forum

§ 1. scope of application

(1) The following conditions apply to the use of the name „Europe-state.eu“ – hereinafter referred to as „Our Website“ – forum. For the use of the forum it is important that you as a user accept the following forum rules and conditions. Registration and use of our forum is free of charge. (2) By registering, you agree to the terms of use of our website. By agreeing, you warrant to us that you will not post anything that violates the terms of use. (3) The use of our website does not constitute a contract between the user and us.  

 

§ 2. duties as forum users  

(1) One of your obligations as a user is that you do not post anything that violates these forum rules, offends common decency or otherwise violates applicable German law. You are not permitted to do the following: 1. publishing content that is untrue and the publication of which constitutes a criminal offence or misdemeanour, 2. sending spam via the forum to other forum users/form users, 3. using content protected by law through copyright and trademark law without lawful authorisation (e.g. press releases, etc.), 4. 5. posting multiple topics in the forum (so-called double postings), 6. running your own advertising, i.e. surreptitious advertising, and 7. publishing content that is insulting, racist, discriminatory or pornographic towards other users and the general public. It is your duty as a forum user to observe § 2 para. 1 nos. 1-7 of these terms of use and to check whether you have complied with these points before publishing your contribution in the forum. (2) Should you violate § 2 para. 1 nos. 1-7 of these terms of use, we reserve the right to take the following steps against you: 1. delete your posted contributions and modify them, 2. prohibit you from continuing to post in the forum and 3. block your access as a user. (3) If you as a forum user have not observed the forum rules and if possible legal violations have arisen as a result of your posted content in our forum (breach of duty), you undertake as a user to indemnify us against any claims, including claims for damages, and to reimburse us for the costs incurred. In addition, the user is obligated to support us in the event of claims for damages with regard to the defence of the legal violation caused by him/her (breach of duty, see above) and to bear the costs of an appropriate legal defence on our behalf. (4) By your consent, you guarantee us that you will not create any amounts that violate the terms of use. The same applies to the setting of external links and the signatures.

 

§ 3. transfer of rights of use

As a forum user, you are solely responsible for the copyright as defined by copyright law when publishing contributions and topics in the forum. The respective author is solely responsible for the content of the advertisements; the same applies to the content of the advertised website. When displaying the advertisement on our website , we do not at the same time agree with the illegal content. Therefore, the liability lies exclusively with the advertiser. (4) We do not guarantee a continuous uninterrupted access to the website. Any liability in this respect is hereby expressly excluded.
